You could make it with some tomatoes (tinned or fresh chopped), oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary and if you want a subtle taste of onion and garlic without using them, a small pinch (don’t use much!) of yellow asafetida powder (its also called ming). Also add a squirt of tomato paste and some mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, corn kernels and some borlotti beans (if you like)… Mmmmm!!!! Don’t forget to add a bit of pepper and a dash of salt, and if you use tinned tomatoes add a pinch of sugar to the pan with the tinned tomatoes.
